Festival of Trees

San Joaquin County Historical Museum's Annual Celebration

It’s an annual celebration of light during the darkest time of the year – the San Joaquin County Historical Museum’s Festival of Trees. The event at Micke Grove Park, now in its 31st year, showcases sixty-six trees, each unique. The trees range from the 900 hand-made cranes on the Japanese American Citizens League tree to Victorian and even chicken trees. This festival brings the community together and is a fundraiser for the museum with handicrafts and even tree gnomes for sale.

The exhibit runs from today through December 17 at which point the museum closes for the year/reopening for the New Year.
